Story Starter/ Scuba Salt

The Flitlits met up one fine day
 to take a trip to Hot Plot Bay.
 Scuba Salt sat on Shock Rocks
 and felt them rumble, shake and knock.
Scuba's home is at Hot Plot
 close to dinghies, boats and yachts.
 His folk, like all Salt folk before,
 have always felt drawn to the shore.
They're all seafarers, through and through,
 who work together as a crew.
 Scuba knows each Hot Plot cranny
 and the secrets of the sea - so many.
There are sand dunes, pools and caverns.
 Here, the strong tides leave their patterns.
 Scuba needs a shell at times
 to listen to the teaching tides.
It helps him hear to a degree,
 the warnings of the Seesaw Sea.
 He puts on shoes if there is need
 but with bare feet, he feels and heeds
 so many trembles and vibrations.
 These all feed Scuba information.
Snail Rail shudders nearby.
 Its trains leave lower ground, climb high,
 before they chuff back down again,
 tracking like long, winding veins.
The lowest point is Hot Plot Station,
 at Fussbut's sandiest location.
 The trains head up to Wonder Station,
 where they make a curved rotation.
Scuba knows their quakes and trembles
 and senses when there may be trouble.
 He soon alerts the stationmaster
 if the trains are running slower.
A train might well be bringing back
 Flitwit trekkers and their packs.
 The trekkers roam at Wonder Plot.
 It has so many wondrous spots.
 Its rising and descending spaces
 are astonishing in places.
Snail Rail's hooting gives out clues
 that help lost trekkers where to choose
 mud tracks leading to rail stops.
 When they reach the train, they flop. ...
